Both. I design the experience around the format, not the other way around. In-person sessions have a different energy, and I lean into that. Virtual sessions require more intentional design to create real connection, and I know how to do that too. Hybrid is the trickiest, and yes, I've navigated that as well. We'll figure out what works best for your team during our discovery conversation.
It depends on what your team actually needs. A 90-minute Power Session can shift something immediately. A 6-month Culture Transformation builds something that lasts. Most clients start with one session and grow from there. I am not here to upsell you into a package you don't need. I'm here to solve the right problem at the right time.
I build measurement into every engagement. Before we start, we establish what success looks like for your team, not in vague terms, but in specific, behavioral ones. What will people be doing differently on a Tuesday morning? For multi-session engagements, I run a Month 3 audit to check what is sticking, what needs reinforcement, and what we adjust going forward. You will always know where you stand.
Every session ends with a tailored Action Playbook delivered within 48 hours. It captures what was said, what was promised, and what comes next. For multi-session engagements, participants also leave with peer accountability structures and specific commitments. The goal is never a great day that everyone forgets by Friday. The goal is behavior change that shows up the following Tuesday.
I recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your desired date for Power Sessions, and 6–8 weeks for multi-day or multi-session engagements. That lead time allows for a real discovery conversation, Pulse Survey design, and proper session customization. Last-minute requests happen, reach out and we'll see what's possible.
Engagements are scoped and priced based on your team's specific needs, session length, and format. Power Sessions start at $3,000. Multi-session packages range from $5,500 to $22,500 depending on scope and duration. The best first step is a free discovery call, no pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation about what your team needs and whether we're a good fit.
Because most team building is designed to be fun for a day, not functional for a year. The difference at RW Training Solutions is that every session builds around a specific friction point your team is actually experiencing, not a generic activity with your logo on it. We use pre-session Pulse Surveys to understand the room before I walk in, and every session ends with a concrete commitment, not just a good feeling. I also build in follow-up touchpoints for longer engagements so momentum doesn't die the moment people get back to their desks.
No minimum. I have worked with teams of 4 and teams of 400. The approach scales — what changes is how we design the session, not the quality of the experience. If you have a small leadership team that needs real work done, that is exactly the kind of engagement I love most.
