Renee Webb was my go to person when I first began my role in my current company. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to ensure that I had everthing I needed to grow in my role. My dad once told me that a sign of a good leader is the "be able to sell ice cubes to a polar bear" meaning that you should be able to help a person see what they need, even when they don't see it themselves and Renee is that type of leader. She brings you along in your journey to grow and develop, even when you don't see what you need! Renee was one of the few HR folks that I worked with who was strategic and had a common sense approach.
